A telehealth consultation with 1GP is suitable for a wide range of everyday health concerns. Your GP will conduct a thorough clinical assessment before providing any advice or treatment.
Common reasons Australians book a telehealth GP appointment include:
- Everyday Illnesses & Infections Colds, flu, sore throats, ear pain, sinus infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), skin rashes, conjunctivitis, and other minor infections that don’t require an in-person examination.
- Prescriptions & Repeat Scripts New prescriptions and repeat prescriptions (e-scripts) for eligible medications, where clinically appropriate. Your e-script is sent directly to your phone via SMS or email and can be filled at any pharmacy across Australia.
