1GP is based in South East Queensland and provides phone and video consultations to patients across Australia.

Our team can help with general enquiries from anywhere in Australia, including:
- How 1GP works and the services we offer
- Booking an appointment
- Questions about documents from your consultation, such as an eScript, medical certificate or referral
- Feedback about your experience with 1GP
Medical questions and urgent care
Email is not suitable for urgent or emergency medical matters. If you need medical advice, please book a consultation so a doctor can assess you, rather than sending medical questions by email.
1GP is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department. If you are in crisis and need to talk to someone now, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact an independent complaints body:
