1GP provides online GP services to patients across Australia through phone and video consultations with AHPRA-registered doctors. From everyday health concerns to ongoing care for long-term conditions, our online doctor services cover a wide range of general practice care, without the need to travel to a clinic.
Each service is delivered through a consultation with a doctor. Your doctor will assess your needs and decide what care is clinically appropriate for you, whether that is advice, an eScript, a medical certificate, a referral or a recommendation to be seen in person.
Our telehealth medical services
Clinical judgement comes first
Every prescription, certificate and referral is issued at your doctor’s clinical discretion and cannot be guaranteed before your consultation. If telehealth is not the right way to manage your concern, for example because you need a physical examination or an in-person test, your doctor will explain why and recommend where to go next.
1GP is not an emergency service. If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of a stroke or any other life-threatening symptoms, call 000 immediately or go to your nearest emergency department.
